Gabriela M. Gonzalez serves as Receptionist and Office Support Specialist at The Baig Firm, where she plays a vital role in fostering an organized, welcoming, and professional environment for clients and staff. As a primary point of contact, she ensures daily operations run efficiently while upholding the firm’s commitment to excellence and exceptional client care.

Gabriela earned her degree in Industrial and Business Administration from the Central American Technological University (UNITEC) in Honduras, Central America.

Her career reflects a distinctive blend of entrepreneurship and corporate experience. She founded and operated a successful women’s retail boutique for five years, strengthening her leadership, operational strategy, and problem-solving abilities. She later served as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Retail Banking at one of Honduras’ largest financial institutions, where she supported high-level operations and gained valuable exposure to executive strategy and digital transformation.

After relocating to the United States, Gabriela expanded her expertise as a Marketing Manager in the construction industry, leading multi-channel initiatives that enhanced brand visibility and supported measurable business growth.

At The Baig Firm, Gabriela integrates her cross-cultural background in administration, executive support, marketing, and entrepreneurship to contribute with precision, initiative, and professionalism. She is deeply committed to efficiency, client experience, and continuous growth.

Outside of work, Gabriela is passionate about entrepreneurship, psychology, and personal development. She enjoys exploring new business ideas, staying active through fitness and wellness, traveling to experience diverse cultures, and spending meaningful time with family and friends. Her curiosity and creativity continue to guide both her personal and professional journey.
