Jason J. Park

Of Counsel – Criminal Defense

Jason J. Park is the Owner of Jason Park Law, LLC, in Duluth, Georgia and an “Of Counsel” attorney with The Baig Firm specializing in Criminal Justice and defending clients charged with serious crimes.

He is a former prosecutor with Gwinnett County, Fulton County, and the Brooklyn DA’s Offices, with extensive criminal litigation experience. Over the past 20 years, Jason has handled numerous serious felony trials including capital cases. As an Assistant District Attorney for the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office, he specialized in prosecution of criminal street gangs and multinational and multistate narcotics trafficking organizations by conducting wiretap and other complex investigations. He was also a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Violent Offenders Division, Gangs Unit, of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in Atlanta, Georgia, and a Felony Trial Assistant District Attorney in the Gangs Bureau of the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York.

Born and raised in Seoul, Korea, Jason came to the United States when he was 11 years old. After graduating from Stuyvesant High School in New York City, Jason attended New York University on a full scholarship and is a graduate of Gordon College and Brooklyn Law School. In between his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor, Jason received Masters of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary of New York City. Jason has two children with his wife, Hye, and they live in Suwanee.
