Bukhari Nuriddin is a Partner with The Baig Firm and the head of the Firm’s Wills, Trusts, and Estates practice. Bukhari joined The Baig Firm in 2023 after 15 years of owning and operating The Nuriddin Law Company, P.C. where, in addition to practicing Wills, Trusts, and Estates law, he handled a wide variety of legal matters.
Bukhari is a highly sought after estate planning and probate subject matter expert and is routinely engaged to provide practical solutions to the estate planning challenges his clients face.
During his legal career, Bukhari has helped entrepreneurs effectively protect their businesses and secure family legacies through carefully crafted succession planning. He has overseen the establishment of family offices with millions of dollars in assets under management structure their estate plans and philanthropic endeavors. Bukhari routinely presents to large audiences, educating them on the relationship between intestacy, will-based planning, trust-based planning, and probate under Georgia law and Federal law.

Raised in Providence, Rhode Island, Bukhari graduated from Classical High School and attended Morehouse College and Howard University School of Law. He is a member of the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and featured speaker with the National Business Institute. Bukhari has three children, Sam, Alila, and Rumi and enjoys spending quality time with them and his lovely wife, Tiffany, at their home in the Vinings area of Smyrna.
