Sandi Chou was born and raised in Georgia to first-generation immigrant parents from Vientiane, Laos. Her early experiences have shaped her strong work ethic and cultural sensitivity. Sandi pursued her high school and college education in Connecticut, where she developed a solid academic foundation and honed her professional skills. She began her college academic journey studying business management before transferring to psychology, demonstrating her commitment to both operational efficiency and understanding human behavior.

After returning to Georgia, she built a successful career, utilizing her extensive customer service expertise. With over a decade of experience in customer service, Sandi’s career spans a variety of fields, including a successful tenure as a manager in retail, salons, and restaurants. Her expertise in these areas complements her role as a legal assistant, where she leverages her extensive customer service background and her licensed hairdressing skills to bring a unique perspective to her professional endeavors.

Outside of her professional life, she is a passionate cook who enjoys experimenting with new recipes and creating delicious meals for her family.
