Jintana Ortiz

Paralegal
Jintana Ortiz was born in Florida to first-generation immigrant parents from Thailand who came to the United States in the 1990s. She grew up in Gwinnett County, Georgia, where she helped manage her family’s restaurants and became well-versed in all aspects of the business. While she valued those early experiences, Jintana’s true passion was always helping others more directly—a calling that led her to pursue a career in law.
Jintana graduated from Georgia State University in 2013. During her time at GSU, she was actively involved in outreach and community service programs, which deepened her commitment to advocating for underserved communities.
After graduation, she began working as a paralegal and joined The Baig Firm in July 2021. Jintana brings a unique and valuable perspective to the firm, along with strong linguistic abilities—she is fluent in Thai, Lao, Spanish, and Hmong. Her language skills have proven essential in supporting clients through complex litigation and personal injury cases, helping ensure that every client feels understood, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process.
Outside of work, Jintana is a proud foodie who enjoys exploring new cuisines and spending quality time with her family and engaging in philanthropic activities that uplift her community.
