Amberly Robinson

Attorney – Transactional and General Counsel
Amberly Robinson is a dedicated attorney with a strong background in the areas of Business/Transactional Law, Real Estate Litigation, and Creditor’s Rights. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, she moved to Atlanta in early 2021 to further advance her legal career.
Amberly earned her bachelor’s degree in philosophy, focusing on law and ethics, from the University of Cincinnati, along with a minor in Anthropology and a Religious Studies certificate. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from NKU’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law and is licensed to practice in both Kentucky and Georgia.
Throughout her academic journey, Amberly gained valuable experience through various internships and legal roles, including an externship for a Magistrate Judge in the Southern District of Ohio, and over three years working as a law clerk for a reputable Creditor’s Rights firm. Additionally, she contributed to a pro bono Small Business Clinic, assisting startups and nonprofit organizations with their legal needs.
After becoming licensed to practice law in Georgia, Amberly spent almost three years working for a large Creditor’s Rights firm, with a focus on Real Estate Litigation. Now, after gaining valuable experience, Amberly has shifted her practice to Business and Transactional law, with a focus on providing General Counsel services to business owners and entrepreneurs. Amberly’s diverse legal background and commitment to her clients make her a proficient and reliable attorney in her field.
