Kimberly Carabotta

Kimberly Carabotta is a litigator with extensive experience representing clients in both state and federal courts across the country. She advises and defends businesses of all sizes — from local enterprises to international corporations — in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including partnership and shareholder disputes, consumer financial claims, fee recovery actions, trade secret litigation, and the protection of proprietary business information.
